If you're experiencing hardware or software related issues with your iPhone, or it has been accidentally damaged. We can repair it, and solve the issue. Hardware failures caused during normal use will be covered by Apple's limited warranty for a period of 12 months from the original purchase date. We honnor Apple's warranty, AppleCare+ and any active repair program.
If you are experiencing software or usuability issues we can provide support. These are not covered by Apple's limited warranty, and will be subject to our minimum support fee.

We only use Apple genuine parts. Full inspection to qualify the repair to be 100% successfull. This means if the iPhone suffered internal damage or liquid damage durig impact, we will provide a quote before the repair is completed. We will not repair the glass if other failures have occure due to impact.
Apple has determined that a small percentage of AirPods Pro may experience sound issues. Affected units were manufactured before October 2020.
An affected AirPods Pro may exhibit one or more of the following behaviors:
Crackling or static sounds that increase in loud environments, with exercise or while talking on the phone
Active Noise Cancellation not working as expected, such as a loss of bass sound, or an increase in background sounds, such as street or airplane noise
Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider will service the affected AirPods Pro (left, right or both), free of charge.
Apple has determined that a very small percentage of iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro devices may experience sound issues due to a component that might fail on the receiver module. Affected devices were manufactured between October 2020 and April 2021.
If your iPhone 12 or iPhone 12 Pro does not emit sound from the receiver when you make or receive calls, it may be eligible for service.
Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider will service eligible devices, free of charge.
iPhone 12 mini and iPhone 12 Pro Max models are not part of this program.
Smart Battery Case Replacement Program for iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, and iPhone XR
Apple has determined that some Smart Battery Cases made for iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, and iPhone XR may experience charging issues. An affected Smart Battery Case may exhibit one or more of the following behaviors:
Battery case will not charge or charges intermittently when plugged into power
Battery case does not charge the iPhone or charges it intermittently
Affected units were manufactured between January 2019 and October 2019. This is not a safety issue and Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider will replace eligible battery cases, free of charge.
15-inch MacBook Pro Battery Recall Program
Apple has determined that, in a limited number of older generation 15-inch MacBook Pro units, the battery may overheat and pose a fire safety risk. Affected units were sold primarily between September 2015 and February 2017 and product eligibility is determined by the product serial number.
Customer safety is always Apple's top priority, and we have voluntarily decided to replace affected batteries, free of charge.
